Through its web sites, including branded web sites operated by Satamatics on behalf of its partner companies, associated companies and other third parties, Satamatics provides you with access to a variety of online services and resources.

What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how Satamatics treats personal information that Satamatics collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Satamatics products and services. Satamatics collects personal information when you register with Satamatics, when you use Satamatics products or services, and when you visit Satamatics pages or the pages of certain Satamatics partners. When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, postal address, zip / postcode, organisation, country, and phone numbers. Once you register with Satamatics and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

Your Ability to View, Modify and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

Please email support@satamatics.com from your registered email address if you wish to view or modify any of your Satamatics account information at any time.

Currently Satamatics do not provide a facility to completely delete user accounts, but we will inform you of any information which may remain in our archived records, on request.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Satamatics service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and newsletters, that are considered part of your Satamatics account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

Confidentiality and Security

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
